This policy explains how information is handled when you visit QuraimSoft at quraimsoft.com, use its browser-based tools or contact us. Tool processing, browser storage and advertising are separate activities: local processing of a file does not mean that visiting the website makes no network requests.
Using the tools
No account registration is required to use the public tools. Many tools process text and files in your browser rather than uploading them for processing. Check the individual tool's instructions and avoid entering information you are not authorized to use or share.
The QR generator creates its QR payload and image in your browser. Its generation code does not upload the entered content or selected logo to a QR-generation server. Downloading or sharing the image creates a separate copy that can reveal the encoded content to anyone who can read it. A QR image is not encrypted storage.
QR history and local storage
The QR generator can keep up to ten recent generation entries in this browser's localStorage under qrHistory. Entries include the QR type, a timestamp, a text preview and an image reference. An available QR image may reveal the full payload, including contact details or Wi-Fi credentials, even when the text preview is shortened.
This history is not an account-based cloud history. It can remain between visits until it is replaced by newer entries, cleared by you or removed by your browser. There is no automatic time-based expiry. Use Clear saved QR history on the generator page, or delete this site's data in your browser settings. Clearing history does not remove downloads, clipboard contents or copies shared elsewhere.
Website requests and technical information
Loading a website sends requests to its hosting infrastructure. Those requests expose technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting infrastructure may keep access or error logs for operation, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Local file processing should not be interpreted as a promise that no technical information is transmitted or logged.
Advertising and third-party services
The site includes Google AdSense code and an additional third-party advertising loader. Whether an advertisement is displayed depends on factors including provider availability, browser settings and ad blocking. These integrations mean the site should not be considered advertising-free or tracking-free.
- Google AdSense: Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads and detect invalid traffic. Google advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites. Information processed may include IP address, browser and device information, identifiers and ad interactions, depending on settings, consent and the service being used.
- Other advertising code: an additional loader can request advertising resources from other domains and includes a fallback at
js.wpadmngr.com/static/adManager.js. These requests expose connection and browser information to the receiving services; those services may use their own identifiers, cookies or storage.
Advertising services receive information directly through browser requests; this is distinct from the tool's local file-processing workflow. We do not promise that third-party scripts cannot access information on a page. Provider practices and retention periods are governed by their policies and the applicable advertising configuration, not by the QR-history limit.

Your choices and consent

Consent requirements depend on your location and the technologies used. Where required, advertising storage and personal-data use need an appropriate consent mechanism. Reading this policy or continuing to browse is not itself consent. Browser settings and external ad-personalization controls do not replace any consent required before advertising technologies are used.
Contacting us
If you email support@quraimsoft.com, your email provider and ours process the message. We receive the address, message and any attachments you send so we can respond and investigate the issue. Do not send passwords, private QR payloads or sensitive files in a support request. Use demonstration data where possible.
Use that address for privacy questions or requests concerning correspondence you have sent us. Identify the relevant message without sending additional sensitive information. We may need to confirm a requester's identity before acting. Data-protection rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; third-party advertising data may also require a request to the relevant provider.
External destinations and policy changes
When you follow an external link or open a QR destination, that service's privacy practices apply. This policy does not govern those destinations. We will revise this page as the site's practices change and update the date above. For site-related questions, visit Contact.
